Review of Three Cliffs Bay Campsite

Three Cliffs Bay campsite is an award winning site set in the heart of Gower. The site borders the Wales Coastal Path and has stunning views over the beautiful Three Cliffs beach. The beach is dog friendly 365 days of the year, while the onsite campsite shops sells dog friendly ice cream! The site is very well managed and maintained, giving us our first ever experience of underfloor heating in the amenities block! It felt very luxurious! The site is large, with plenty of room for everyone. It is ideal for couples or families. There are a range of pitch types; sea views, electric hookup points, guaranteed level and the site also offers the ability to reserve adjacent pitches for families to camp together. In our opinion, the premium for a sea view, electric pitch is worth it for uninterrupted views of the bay. Glamping tents will be available in 2021.

Things we loved:
❤️ Location - walking distance to the beach
❤️ Views - stunning views of Three Cliffs Bay
❤️ Immaculate, modern facilities
❤️ Campfires welcome. Fire pits are available to hire and log available to buy from site.

Other things to note:
➡️ This site is one of the most expensive we have visited. Visit out of the peak season for reduced rates.
➡️ The pitches with the best views are more expensive, but worth the extra cost for the views.
➡️ There is a fabulous onsite shop, which it the most extensive we have seen. It sells local produce, as well as fresh bread, meats, copious camping supplies and even branded souvenirs!
